HOW SLEEP (OR LACK OF IT) CAN AFFECT YOUR GUT

🦠 Gut Bacteria Balance: Research has shown that when we don't get enough quality Zzz's, our gut microbes get out of balance. Sleep helps us keep our microbes diverse and in harmony, both of which are crucial for optimal digestion, immune function, and gut health.💚

It's not your imagination––sleep deprivation can disrupt the movement of food through your system, resulting in unwelcome bloating, constipation, and even diarrhea. That’s why good slumber helps keep things moving smoothly.
