Day 5 - Good morning!!!!


Can we all agree that bloating and constipation are NOT FUN? 😖

This is where water becomes your best friend 💦💙. It helps prevent both bloating and constipation! Because dehydration causes bloating due to electrolyte imbalances, staying hydrated helps prevent bloat.


Did you know that we lose water not just through sweat, but also by breathing and digesting? We need to keep replacing that water to keep our GI tract running smoothly. Both water and electrolytes are necessary for optimal digestion and motility.


REFRESHING WAYS TO BOOST YOUR WATER INTAKE:

🍉 Eat hydrating foods like water-rich fruits, veggies, and soups. Around 20% of our daily fluid intake comes from food!

📱 Set friendly reminders on your phone.

🚰 Bring a reusable bottle of water everywhere you go. Easy access is your secret weapon!
